This dryer is great! It is really quick to dry clothing!

I was hoping to love this, since my previous dryer not only was conking out but was also very small capacity. When I read the great reviews on this one, particularly about how it could dry large loads in one cycle (I'd been having to dry even small items like three times in the fading previous dryer); and it seemed to have great options, unlike my previous one. AND, while my dryer area isn't anywhere near my washing machine or a water hook up and so I wouldn't be able to use the steam function, I still thought it was great and useful in the future if I remodel or moved. I felt more lucky when I saw this as an open box model and immensely discounted, so bought it without hesitation. For this, I have no regrets - I would have gotten it anyway, especially with the zero interest deal on my Best Buy credit card a further temptation. BUT, I'm glad i did not pay full price because it's a bit of a disappointment: it does not dry loads fully on the 'sense' mode, I still have to sort out items and re-dry things sometimes as many as two more times -- shorter cycles, of course, but still feel that should not be necessary in the first place. This also applies to large loads - which is what I was so happy to think I'd be able to dry 'in one shot.' Nope. I have to separate out amounts of a laundry load in order to maximize drying efficiency (for example, a cotton quilt and sheets plus another blanket or even load of clothes, which all fit in one laundry wash cycle, have to be separated into three different dryer sessions or else they would never all dry together, even on high for 90 minutes). SOOO, while I'm not thrilled, I'm also not really that upset, because (1) I needed a new dryer asap (2) for the sale price, it is worth it, I would not have done better probably (3) I like Best Buy! (4) it's still a nice big dryer that is a huge improvement over the previous one.

I like all the different settings that are available and it has a large enough capacity. Good dryer for a decent price. No complaints here.

I particularly like the lighted interior. The large capacity is a plus. Controls are easy to use. I purchased with the matching washer and love them both.

Great fast dryer. Just know if you want to use the steam aspect you will need an extra spigot beyond what you most likely already have.

Haven't had any issues with this product since we bought it. Much better than the old dryer we had.

Works well. Door looking mechanism really cheap. That is my only negative. So basic. I do not even remember how my old dryer locked because it was so easy that I never paid any attention to it.

Still getting used to the new dryer and all of it's settings, but I love it. Love that I can do huge loads and that the machine senses when everything is dry!

The dryer is drying the clothes better than the Insignia dryer I purchased before my washer quit.
