Potent smell of natural gas inside the dryer drum, ruined a whole load of clothes. I scheduled a repair with whirlpool and technician was a no call no show. Took the day off work to sit around all day for nothing. Do NOT buy whirlpool appliances, horrible customer service! This will be the end of my business with them
