It is also the most expensive one I have ever purchased but I trusted the Whirlpool name. Big mistake. I have had nothing but problems with this dryer. The timer does not work. I set it for a quick cycle, 40 min, and it shuts off in 5. I turn on the casual setting for 37 min and it shuts off in 5 min. I have since been informed that this is a problem with this Whirlpool model. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this dryer.
