Very happy with this dryer! After replacing our 15 year old dryer, it was like a dream! Very easy to learn to use and quick set up. Dries clothes quickly!

I replaced an older GE dryer that was slowly having issues. I like the door opening as it acts as a shelf to unload my dry clothes. The time estimate provided is like a Windows file copy process; it says X minutes but it always adds time, lol. the dryer looks great, is quiet, and the touch setting are nice. The only complaint I could make is that the chime sound is very quiet when it announces the clothes are dry. It would be nice if I could choose what sound and volume i want.

I've had comforters dry faster in this than a load of clothes in other dryers. Great capacity and looks great with the matching washer. Controls are easy to use too.

Easy to use. One bad feature when you buy this product, is that you have to hook it up yourself, unless the vent-hole is direction behind the dryer. That is a bummer! Of course, Best Buy absolutely states that the Geek Guys will do that. Not so.

The sensors work they way they are supposed to. Almost zero learning curve. Also, it runs sooo quiet! I'm reallllly liking this dryer a lot! This dryer serves a family of 4, and runs every other day consistently every week. This feels solid with no shaking or shimmying. I can't think of anything more I could want in a dryer. Very pleased with it.

We bought this dryer on open box display. It was the floor model so we got a good discount. The only thing bad I can see with this dryer is that it doesn't hook to a pedestal. It is kind of low to get all the clothes out from the very back. Other than that it works great. Love it. Our other dryer was 12yrs old when it bit the dust so we had to get one quick and had to be in stock, because we had wet clothes waiting.

After researching other products found this to best meet our needs. Performs very well. Installers found a large scratch on the side of the unit. Another unit ordered and installed one week later, no cost, no problems. Very good service from sales staff, Jarrod Tipton and Richard Shinbaum. Pricing was best anywhere. Extremely pleased with everything.

I recently had to replace my dryer. I have always loved Whirlpool products and so the decision was simple. I am very happy with dryer. It drys the clothes the first time, even a huge load of towels. The program settings are pretty accurate, but if you have a large load of colored clothes then you will have to adjust by using the timed setting.

Overall this is a great product. The drum capacity is huge and you don't realize quite how big it is until you reach towards the back. The fold down door opening helps avoid clothes falling on the floor when unloading. The buttons and blue lighted display are very fancy. It also makes a very pleasant chime when the dry cycle is complete. The only minor complaint I have is that it did not come with leveling feet and so the dryer sits about an inch below the matching washer. I am not sure if that was something missed during installation and we don't get any shaking or vibrating so not sure if they are actually needed. I plan to follow-up with Whirlpool.

Love this dryer its quiet and works way better than the older model!
