I haven't tried the steam option yet, but I haven't needed to with the wrinkle control option. All of our clothes come out perfectly!

Once we moved in we realized it had a big dent in the top and the front as well. Best Buy won’t take it back and wants us to take care of it with the manufacturer.

Took set back to store getting LGs to try...very disappointed in whirlpool...Best Buy people are the best...completely understand and said try a the LG

This one has so many settings that we will likely never use. The steam setting is a nice option to have but you do have to rune the water line from your washer in order for it to work, no water, no steam. We bought this one on an open box which made it more affordable than if it had been brand new.
