We absolutely love our new dryer . We got the set and so far we feel we made the right decision

The dryer is great! Large capacity will hold plenty of clothes. Oversized king comforter fits nice as well. Now, onto Best Buy delivery and customer service…. I was really let down and will be buying my appliances elsewhere in the future. I purchased this washer & dryer as a set online and was given a delivery day. The day before, I was given a delivery window and sent text & email to confirm I would be home for delivery window. After the delivery did not show up I tried calling Best Buy (good luck with that). After I finally get past the useless robo-answer bot, I got through to the outsourced call center where I found out they “couldn’t deliver my appliances due to an issue” and apologized to for not even receiving a call to tell me the delivery wasn’t coming. At this point I had to reschedule for the following week. Again, day before I received delivery window with text, phone call & email confirming I would be home during window. Since it was after lunch and I had already taken a day off previous week for the delivery (that never came) I decided to go into work that morning. Then I get a call 2 -1/2 hours before the “delivery window” telling me they’d be pulling up in my driveway in 5 minutes. When I explained that I had a confirmed delivery window that was 2-1/2 hours later and I was an hour away they proceeded to tell me “that window doesn’t mean anything- we get there when we get there. If you can’t be there, your delivery is cancelled and has to be rescheduled.” Very rudely. So I again had to spend the entire afternoon on the phone with the outsourced call center and eventually had to reschedule for the following week (again). Mind you I was buying a washer & dryer because my old ones had broken down. I was assured that after delivery I could call back & they would make it right and I was assured that they would be there in the delivery window on the next date - which they were not. So bottom line, the appliance is great… but I would strongly recommend picking it up yourself (or purchasing it somewhere other than Best Buy)

The light doesn’t automatically turn off when I close it. You have to wait a bit. Vent trap is really skinny and I can’t seem to get my vacuum hose in there. It also doesn’t save my most recent setting.

To my surprise, it is very easy to operate - except to figure out which setting to use for what items. The machine is quite quiet. The size is excellent. I wash my bedding and comforter pretty much weekly, and it fits my queen size comforter. The issue I have is that I still haven't figured out which setting to use for the comforter to dry completely. The dryer seemed to only dry the other part of the comforter that touches the interior part of the dryer, leaving the comforter interior still damp. I finally figured out that I need to use the towel setting to dry towel. The regular setting with a couple of towels and regular clothes will not dry the towels. Now, I have to wash all my towel in 1 load so that I can dry them at the same time in the Towel setting. I am used to 1 setting dries everything. I guess I should read the user guide. The display is very simple to use - active with a light touch. Asides from needing to figure out what which setting will dry my comforter, I am pleased with this dryer,

Works much better than the Samsung dryer! We've always had whirlpool but during the VID availability was limited. It's been a week but so far so good. So much quieter than the Samsung dryer! Only issue is that it keeps telling me to clean the lint tray or vent for better performance and they are all cleaned out? Not sure if this is a sensor issue? On the sensor dry it does leave some loads slightly damp but not as damp as the Samsung dryer did. I just think they haven't perfected the sensor dry yet. With that being said. Dry time has been cut in half with this new dryer! Loving that! It helps that the matching washer wrings everything out to almost dry as well!

This Washer and Dryer set is the best. I’ve had no complaints. It made washing easier. I love that I can control it from my phone. Spacious enough to wash comforters! I love it.

Not only is aesthetically pleasing, but it drys my clothes quickly and I have option to prevent my clothes from getting wrinkled in the dryer. Oh and the app will notify you when the dryer is finished. Love it!

This dryer is the perfect companion to my washer. It is beautiful and quiet. I especially like the fact that it senses the load and stops drying when it senses the load is dry instead of continuing to dry.

No issues at all with this new dryer. Clean looking design and controls are intuitive. I like it. I feel like the design over the previous Cabrio series by Whirlpool is simpler and less fancy, but it is still a very nice unit and full of features.

Excellent equipment, quiet, efficient, gets the job done with ease.

We like the washer. The one thing you need to learn is how to set your water level. If you want to wash larger loads, you have to increase the amount of water uses. It will not wash a queen size comforter. The water level will not be high enough, and it doesn’t have the power in the agitator to move the comforter at all. The reason I’m not giving this five stars is because when you use hot water the steam from the hot water leaks out the back seal on the lid and gets water all over the control display. I have to call Whirlpool and ask if this is a seal issue or just a design flaw. Seeing as it’s a display I’m worried it will short out the washer controls. Right now if we use hot water, I have to put a towel over the back of the lid so the control display doesn’t get soaked..
