I clean filter after each use and even checked and cleaned outside vent to no avail. Not enough room to get behind dryer and check the vent connection to dryer. Perhaps someone will contact me after reading this message. Impossible to speak to someone on phone.

The dryer was wrapped in bubble wrap when picked up. The dryer has 14 on top. Left side 1. White paint scuffs on entire dryer. Right side scuffed to bare metal. Top is crooked. Over all scratches. Dirty inside. Nothing about dryer is excellent condition. Also, stickers of with 2 other peoples name who had purchased and returned. Also, towel cycle was very slow.
