Washer is good, but the dryer takes FOREVER and even with 2 cycles, items are almost always not fully dry. These machines were supposed to help me in my rental, but it is stressful. It’s not a cheap machine, so I was expecting much more of it. And I like everything else on it, but drying time and quality is a no no…. I would change it in a heartbeat!

Never a problem. Purchased Whirlpool in May 2022. Electric dryer with many bells and whistles. Unfortunately, it does not dry items the way it should. We had machine serviced, tech said it is a "sensor" issue. The sensors are in the front of the drum, under lint collector. Towels, socks, etc. do not reach the sensor as they roll around the (large) drum. So they don't dry 100%. Mostly everything has a very slight damp feel. Never had this issue with my old dryer. P.S. This also happens with timed dry. All the "bells & whistles" are useless. I do not recommend this product at this time.
