The Steam Refresh function works really well if you forgot to grab a load and fold it right after the dryer was done. I should've bought it way sooner. It replaced a 10 year old dryer that was making a lot of noise.

It stopped working to the point of a reboot each time which is difficult for a dryer. Whirlpool tech came out and didn't fix it. kept happening until after the one year warranty. Noe Whirlpool will do nothing without buying a $400 warranty. Might as well buy a new one... and of course... a different brand!

Clothes left damp on Normal Cycle

It seems that the sensing mechanism does not determine that the clothes are still wet. I have had to restart the same load as many as 3 times before they got dry on this setting.

I will no longer be purchasing from Best Buy.

I did not receive the feet for the dryer or the steam hose upon Best Buy's installation. The installation tech did not speak clear English and clearly didn't even try to level the appliance as there are no feet attached to it. The Whirlpool service team has had to come out TWICE now because the dryer cycle doesn't run for longer than 5 minutes. I'm not sure what happened with Best Buy's customer service. The online chat and every phone number is managed internationally and it is very difficult to communicate with the represenatives as they do not speak very clear English. Honestly, Best Buy is usually my go to for large appliances AND electronics, but because of the constant frustration with (multiple) products I've purchased recently, I won't be purchasing through them again.

Poor quality interior

This dryer has been repaired several times since I purchased brand new (2023) from Best Buy…. It has a new motor, new heater and what ever else they threw in there to keep me from getting my money back. Guess what it still won’t dry clothes and could run 3 hours and clothes remain wet. I want my money back and look forward to fighting this in small claims.
