    I really want to love this dryer but it does not remove the wrinkles that the washer creates.

    Not that smart…also WP customer service stinks

    I really regret buying this unit… The buttons feel cheap… The design on top is slanted down and you can’t put towels and stuff on it.. The door feels very flimsy… and my biggest dislike of this machine is the app… So you can turn around send the dryer the settings you would like it to do… then you have to hit the start button… sometimes I like to stagger my dryer and washer when I bought this machine I was told I can do it… after calling the helpdesk several times, I was told no you have to enable Wi-Fi every time you want to start it through the app…even though you don’t have to enable Wi-Fi to send information to the dryer… but you have to be there to push the button on the machine itself for to work which is dumb. I wish I would’ve found out about this sooner because I would’ve 100% sent it back… I could’ve saved money and bought another unit that didn’t have this feature…. I highly would not recommend

    The dryer makes a thumping noise when clothes are in dryer.

    We replaced our old washer and dryer because the dryer was taking too long to dry the clothes, over an hour. This new dryer takes EVEN LONGER than the old unit. The app is great, it gives me the option to turn on wrinkle control if I'm not able to get to the dryer when it stops.

    Great Dryer

    Great dryer. Someone upon assembly however left a handprint and a booger on the window, which can only be cleaned with removing the window. Bestbuy support didn’t help much at all.

    Lemon

    Was able to use 4 times. Computer keeps breaking. I was told I got a lemon but I can’t get it replace because I didn’t buy the protection plan. The washer itself was good and it cleans good.

    Dryer Not Drying

    This dryer is not drying clothes at all. Every setting is off, it takes several loads for clothes to dry. The "heavy" cylce is the only one that works somewhat, the temp has to be high. I do not recommend this dryer

    Quiet and quick-drying with gentle heat options. I haven't tried the steam option yet, but I haven't needed to with the wrinkle control option. All of our clothes come out perfectly!

    Damaged

    Received it and didn’t open until about 15 days since it was a new house and we hadn’t needed it. Once we moved in we realized it had a big dent in the top and the front as well. Best Buy won’t take it back and wants us to take care of it with the manufacturer.

    3 dryers delivered....1st one was completely damaged inside...2nd one was the same 3rd ond thumbed. Took set back to store getting LGs to try...very disappointed in whirlpool...Best Buy people are the best...completely understand and said try a the LG

    Exchange the item twice first one got broken but the installation second one the door lock… the mesh everything gets stuck

    Dryer lint collector always says needs checked right after cleaning. I think it's in the wrong position and too small.
