Not only is aesthetically pleasing, but it drys my clothes quickly and I have option to prevent my clothes from getting wrinkled in the dryer. Oh and the app will notify you when the dryer is finished. Love it!

Thus far has worked great! The vent sensor is extremely sensitive and basically always says that the vent is dirty and have tried multiple things to get it to go off but otherwise it dries extemely well and is quiet. Which is a great bonus living in a smaller condo. So far absolutely love it! I had upgraded from an older model and it has exceeded my expectations

I do love the dryer. It works great and it's good looking. I love that it opens down so you can put clothes on the door and dig through them w/o them falling in the floor. The side swing ones also seem like they swing in the way. The steam feature is great and hooks directly to washer water line (installers split it). One complaint, and I think this is true w/every smart dryer I've used, is that the sensor dry leaves clothes not fully dry, even in more dry. I use timed dry instead. So as others notes the lid isn't flat. The top is a little slanted so stuff can slide off. Folded towels do sit up there. It's a bit annoying but also keeps us from piling stuff there when we walk in through the laundry/mud room. Controls are intuitive for changing time and heat and wrinkle guard is nice.

We like the washer. The one thing you need to learn is how to set your water level. If you want to wash larger loads, you have to increase the amount of water uses. It will not wash a queen size comforter. The water level will not be high enough, and it doesn’t have the power in the agitator to move the comforter at all.
The reason I’m not giving this five stars is because when you use hot water the steam from the hot water leaks out the back seal on the lid and gets water all over the control display. I have to call Whirlpool and ask if this is a seal issue or just a design flaw. Seeing as it’s a display I’m worried it will short out the washer controls. Right now if we use hot water, I have to put a towel over the back of the lid so the control display doesn’t get soaked..
I would recommend this to a friend

This machine makes doing clothes so easy. The drying i don't have to worry about. The dryer sensor senses if tge clothes, or towel, or blankets are dry and it stops or keeps going until the clothing is dry. So no more using more power than needed. Or worrying if the clothes are dry. The dryer is so big i love my dryer.

No issues at all with this new dryer. Clean looking design and controls are intuitive. I like it. I feel like the design over the previous Cabrio series by Whirlpool is simpler and less fancy, but it is still a very nice unit and full of features.

Excellent set all the way around. Multile choices for was & dry. Quiet. Beautiful grey vs traditional white. Little scrubber in washer to help with stains you maybe trying to fet rid of. It is so cute!

I have had this dryer for a little over a month now and I love it. I love that the door opens downward (my old dryer door opened like a regular door) and I don't have to fight with it to stay open. I like that it runs the wrinkle prevention when its done to prevent my clothes from getting wrinkled if I can't get them out of the dryer fast enough. I also like the lint trap, so much easier to clean than my old one.

We are happy with our purchase of this Whirlpool dryer, but the area that has us rating this a 4-star instead of a 5-star is the weaker drying feature. The dryer seems to take longer to dry a load of laundry...sometimes requiring a second round of running the dryer before the clothes are fully dry. Besides that, we do like the look of the dryer, the fact that it is front-load dryer (helps to prevent clothes from falling out onto the floor), and we love the quietness of the machine itself. Overall, we truly believe this is a 4-star product.
