Dries my clothes a lot faster than any other dryer I have ever used!!

This is an excellent machine for the price. The installation team was very good about pointing out the dent in the side being created by the drum not in alignment, and it was very easy to arrange a replacement from the Best Buy Help Line.

We finally upgraded to a new dryer and could not be more pleased with this one! It has great features, a little tricky to use at first but easy enough to find tutorials if needed. We love the wifi app feature as well! Our clothes come out dry and I love the steam feature for my work scrubs!

Easy to load and unload. Controls are very easy to understand and implement. Heavy clothes seem to take a bit longer to dry than the sensors detect, but overall I am satisfied with this dryer.

Does what its supposed to do. My only issue is where's the instruction manual for it?

We have found that the auto-sensor drying options we have tried do not completely dry the laundry. Thus far we have had to re-do the loads on a timed drying cycle to get fully dry items. We have had this issue with the towels-heavy duty, regular-normal and the whites-normal cycles. We now have changed to timed cycles for all laundry so we don’t have to use additional time and energy. We do like the remote Wi-Fi ability to see the status of the dryer. It would be better if the Wi-Fi was on at all times instead of setting it on each use. The dryer light is automatically set to on and you need to turn it off if you don’t need it.

We purchased this dryer for the steam function. It has large capacity and works well. We had a defective unit delivered first, but Best Buy came out immediately, verified it had a defect, and replaced it. NO issues with the replacement. Love that we can refresh t shirts, etc with the steam function. No more hanging clothes in the bathroom while showering!

I am in love with my new washer & dryer. I have never purchased new washer & dryers. I have other new appliances, however my washer & dryers have always been used or handed down from Grandma. I am pleased with these and I love the color.

Nice looking dryer. I figured out if I use the time setting with high heat, my clothes dry faster. Leaves clothes pretty much wrinkle free.
