Since 1st use get message to check lint filter and vent for more efficient drying. I clean filter after each use and even checked and cleaned outside vent to no avail. Not enough room to get behind dryer and check the vent connection to dryer. Perhaps someone will contact me after reading this message. Impossible to speak to someone on phone.

I have only had this dryer for 1 month, but it does a nice job. I like the drum light and how the door opens. It catches any clothing that may fall out on transferring. The sensors for dryness can only really tell if the outside of an item is dry, so with larger items, like blankets, you may want to use the time dry.

We had to have a service repair to fix a loud clunk from a manufacturer defect causing metal to hit metal before we even used the dryer. It is also much louder than the LG dryer we had before this one even after the repair. The service repair guy said Whirlpool dryers are always louder than LG. I wish i would have known that sooner. The lint drawer is very cheap plastic, and there is a sticky foam strip inside the reservoir that lint gets caught on. When I tried to reach in to remove stuck lint, there was a sharp edge on the plastic that cut my hand. The exterior plastic is also very cheap and flimsy, so it pops down if you touch the top of the dryer or set anything on it. Either we got a lemon, or this is a very poorly built dryer.

Purchased the washer and dryer set and I have no regrets or complaints. Features are more than enough and connected ability is great. Drys clothes efficiently without harming delicates or over drying.
