They have many programming options to learn, more so with the washer. Once I got a good handle on creating the proper wash cycle the washer cleaned very well. Whirlpool needs to have better documentation on the many washing cycles.

The dryer was wrapped in bubble wrap when picked up. The dryer has 14 on top. Left side 1. White paint scuffs on entire dryer. Right side scuffed to bare metal. Top is crooked. Over all scratches. Dirty inside. Nothing about dryer is excellent condition. Also, stickers of with 2 other peoples name who had purchased and returned. Also, towel cycle was very slow.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had to have a service repair to fix a loud clunk from a manufacturer defect causing metal to hit metal before we even used the dryer. It is also much louder than the LG dryer we had before this one even after the repair. The service repair guy said Whirlpool dryers are always louder than LG. I wish i would have known that sooner. The lint drawer is very cheap plastic, and there is a sticky foam strip inside the reservoir that lint gets caught on. When I tried to reach in to remove stuck lint, there was a sharp edge on the plastic that cut my hand. The exterior plastic is also very cheap and flimsy, so it pops down if you touch the top of the dryer or set anything on it. Either we got a lemon, or this is a very poorly built dryer.

Removable Agitator!

Love the options! I also love the spor removing station inside of it that comes with a handheld scrubber that dispenses detergent anndd the washing machine even has a water dispenser to rinse the stain off after tou scrub it. No need for a sink in your laundry room!!
