This is my 2nd one as the 1st one delivered blew up after 30 minutes of use. Thr best buy person that i bought this from was understanding and replaced it with no questions. The only issue was that i had this new washer for 30 days already just waiting for tbis dryer where i had another 30 days waiting for a dryer. A total of over 60 days just to get a dryer seems crazy.

Finally receiving the dryer was great, after so many delays and mis-communication with the seller(Best Buy). Will not purchase from them again.

I called Whirlpool because it was still under warranty. It took a few days for the technician to come out. He told me that he would need to order parts and it should take about two weeks. Then, after the two weeks I get an email telling me the parts are on back order and it take another month. I checked online and can found the genuine Whirlpool parts that are needed, but they can't use those because of the warranty. I am most unhappy that my dryer that is less then a year old is unusable to me.

Product is trash and WHIRLPOOL CS worse!

We purchased this product and in 11 months is NO LONGER working, now we are waiting for 4 weeks and WHIRPOOL does not care about fixing it. The part that we need is on BACK ORDER and we have to wait an EXTRA 2 WEEKS because it is WHIRPOOL's policy. This is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY WHIRPOOL, look for something else.

Gas dryer

In September 2022 the display stopped working. Of course the warranty is only a year. Do not buy Whirlpool if you want your appliances to last
