I’ll make this one shorter, after 14 months dryer stops drying…no error codes, clothes not dry, dryer stops with different times remaining no rhyme or reason. Will not start again for 20 to 30 minutes. Sensors have never worked. Whirlpool paid for one service call where they installed a new computer board, but it didn’t work. Whirlpool will not pay for another service call! The service company stated if it wasn’t the computer board they didn’t know what it was. Inferior product. Evidently Whirlpool dryers in the United Kingdom had a recall for the same problem. Don’t buy this product without an expensive extended warranty!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have owned this Whirlpool model for six months now, and have just had a repairman tell us that our dryer needs a new motor and blower. It started making loud rumbling noises about three loads ago. I only wish I had waited for the original Maytag washer and dryer set I had ordered to come in (even though it was back ordered twice). This Whirlpool set was my second choice because I didn’t want to wait. I gave this three stars because the washer part of this set is great, and the dryer works well.... when it’s healthy.

Like another reviewer stated my gas bill has also spiked ridicuously high since using this dryer. It takes hours for anything to dry. I have all settings at the highest and still takes multiple cycles to complete. Waste of time and money.

Whirpool black stainless dryer

Keep calling us to reschedule our order and everytime we reschedule, they call us to reschedule again the day of. Have called and asked to speak with a manager multiple times get told we will get a call back and never do. Do not recommend getting appliances delivered from best buy!!
