They are super convenient. There is a small learning curve, but they are huge inside. We can wash fewer loads and save money on water, detergent and time investments. I would highly recommend.

Now the 2nd dryer's control panel went out, DEAD"!!! I feel going whirlpool was an expensive mistake. Whirlpool customer service so far has been useless.

Love-Whirlpool Smart Dryer-Steam & Moisture Sensin

The capacity is amazing and love the moisture sensing feature. I am still getting used to the various settings. Our prior dryer was 17 years old...it was a nice treat to upgrade!

Best Buy told me they could not fix it or replace it due to supply shortages on this item and customer service failed multiple times trying to get a third party repair company to fix it. Also they refused to reimburse me insurance plan I paid for. They o let offered me a 100 dollar gift card. I will not buy any large items or appliances from Best Buy anymore because they are not capable of repairing items if they break. They use third party repair companies that don’t even show up. Also the customer service is located in different countries and there was always a language barrier. Bad business for sure.

Another plus you can start from your phone. When cycle ends I text my kids from the app to designate each one a task.
