Only 2 months old, and there is a certain flaw in the moisture sensor or something but this thing flat out sucks.

It sounds like it's going to blow up. Whirlpool support never answers their phone. I was on hold for 3 hours, on 2 consecutive days, and nobody ever picked up. Best Buy support picks up, but they direct me to Whirlpool. Just an overall terrible experience.

Not as good as expected

Even small loads. The dryer also turns off frequently when the clothes are not dry. Sometimes it doesn't start back up. I plan on returning.

Only 1 heat setting seems to dry the clothes, the other settings give off no heat. In addition, I have been trying to get the dryer picked up, returned and replaced, but Best Buy has not been able to coordinate a date. I've been sitting with a broken dryer over a month now.
