The dryer does not dry clothes all the way. We have adjusted the settings to more dry at high and still not drying well. And yes, our dryer vent is all clear and clean.

This dryer is horrible. Trying to return it, second one we bought and they don’t work. Steam dryers leave clothes feeling wet.

Condensation

This dryer kept getting condensation on the glass and in the drum when it wasn’t in use with or with out clothes in it. The condensation would make the lent trap rust and if I left my clothes in there too long it would come out damp. It was just constantly wet in there, our duct and vents were cleared. So not sure why it kept getting condensation. The condensation would get so bad that all the water would slide off the glass if the door was closed and drip down to the floor. I had to leave the door ajar and the vent on constantly.

Unbelievable that I spent $1000 on a dryer, and I was told by a service rep after only 4-6 weeks after my purchase to ignore all of the buttons except two! This dryer is useless! The service rep told me that he has had other people with the same issue. This was my 2nd dryer, as the first one didn't work either. After my rep left, I called Whirlpool and was told the only option is to sell the dryer myself and then Whirlpool will be so generous to give a whopping 15% discount on another Whirlpool product...LAUGHABLE! DO NOT BUY this dryer!!!!!! I plan to keep giving any reviews, and consult an attorney to get my $ back from this lemon of a dryer

Not worth it!

Dryer was broken before we could even use it! Blower fan was installed broken! I havent even used the thing yet and we have had it for almost 3 weeks! And trying to find out what propane conversion kit we needed to buy...nobody at Best Buy was able to help me, direct me. Had to call Whirlpool directly to order. This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had with purchase.
