They clean and dry our clothes great. They both have some features that is really awesome for all types of clothes from delicate to heavy duty. We are very impressed with our new washer and dryer!

Thank goodness I didn't haul the old one away or else we would have had to go back to store to purchase one. The customer service at Best Buy can use improvement on this matter when we called, they acted as if it was an error on our part.

We purchased this 18 months ago and the dryer has lost its mind. First issue was when we touched the start button to begin a cycle and it would not turn on... go back 30 minutes later and it turned on just fine. Now... I can touch the start button and it starts but the control panel does not light up to show what cycle is selected. For the cost, this dryer should last more than 18 months. So very disappointed.
