For the most part I like this dryer. Nothing big to complain about except some of the preset cycles are too long. I mostly use the timed cycle.

We love the new washer and dryer. They are beautiful. We have not had any issues. I will be purchasing the pedestals for both of them as I feel it will make it a little easier on the back, lol. But they have been getting the clothes clean and we're happy.

Laundry of all types runs in machine which has the ability to sense and modify the time it actually takes to complete a cycle. The dryer has the same ability. Love these babies and enjoy doing laundry.

Very nice unit. Our last whirlpool was 11 years old. This unit has a lot of nice features that our old one didn't. Time will tell if it holds up as well.

I had basically the same dryer for almost 15 years and I pretty much loved it, well it died, so I figured I'm buying the same thing just updated. Well as I stated above I'm still on the fence as to how to review this -overall I like the dryer but I feel like it doesn't dry as nice as the original one I had. It definitely does not dry my bedspreads as well as my last one and that was the main reason I bought them in the 1st place.

A bit of trial and error to figure out best setting for different loads. For example, towels setting does not always dry towels best. Other than that, works well!

Purchased during the pandemic. We researched before going to the store so the transaction was smooth and quick. The item works as expected. I hope we get as much service as we did from the 14year old predecessor of this unit.

Great large capacity dryer. Dries the clothes quick. The only issue I have is having to change it from eco mode to regular dry.

Love my new washing machine. But it would have been nice if I was told that the the water hookups and brackets to stack them would not come with them

Went to Best Buy only to get a computer repair as the store was closing we looked around and there was a great buy on a washer and dryer the price was great the size was even better and my granddaughter needed.. both working just great

With all the different settings it's hard to ruin my wife's clothes as she claims I have!

Love the dryer, the only thing I can't figure out is how to get it to fluff the clothes, it doesn't have a quick cycle that runs for more than 2 min.

I have to dry my towels more than once. The towels are not as dried as I would like them to be!

We love this machine. It replaced a 13 year old Whirlpool and has a lot of upgraded features. We only have had it for 30 days but so far so good. The delivery service was the best and timely.

I am please with the product. I’ve prior in other homes had whirlpool. Find the product reliable and easy to understand, even as the technology changes.

I purchased this dryer about a month ago, the delivery and installation were the highlight of this purchase, very smooth/quick process (took about 20 mins). After using the dryer for the first couple of times, it was obvious that it was not a good dryer. It then made sense why they brought it down from about $900 to $650. The main issue is that the electronics do not function properly. There are no buttons, it's all touched based. When you turn it on, it turns off by it self randomly, sometimes you have to touch the power button a few times before it turns on. Other times, it won't allow you to select the dryer option you want (screen freezes). Secondly, it stops before clothes are dry. Even when you select timed dry, it turns off before the set time. Even in regular time, let say it says 1 hour, it shuts off after 30 minutes, and clothes are still wet. When you add more time, it shuts off after just 2-3 minutes. It is very bad at drying towels and blanket like objects, it stops too soon and refuses to dry more than 2-3 mins. I've tried troubleshooting, such as whipping the moisture sensor, which i think is the downfall of this dryer, it doesn't work properly. I've made sure there is no lint in the lint collector, and made sure there is no obvious issues with this NEW dryer. It still malfunctions. It appears the issues are the touch buttons, moisture detector, and overall electronics. If i had a do-over, i'd purchase one without moisture detector, because it is the brain of the dryer and doesn't function properly.

Bought the stackable washer/dryer combo and couldn’t be happier with the quality and excellent customer service from the in-store staff and Geek Squad install team. Best Buy has them in-stock and had the best price.

Works very well only drawback is the amount time to wash is a bit long.

Bought this Whirlpool Dryer to replace our 20 year old Whirlpool Dryer and so far we are very satisfied.

Whirlpool dryer works great. Looking forward to buying a dishwasher or refrigerator soon thank you
