Excellent choice to go with the whirlpool washer and dryer my wife loves it so easy to use and clean

We’ve had this dryer for 6 months and it’s been great however, in the last month the auto-dry feature has stopped working. We’ve called Best Buy support who connected us with Whirlpool. Whirlpool sent us a troubleshooting kit and I have been working through their steps. My home is new contribution and most of their steps is clean the various dryer vents. We’ve reached the point where they are sending out a tech to review the problem. So far everything with the process has been ok. Only thing spent has been our time, but it had been frustrating and this shouldn’t happen to a new machine. I’ll update when we’ve reached the finish line…

Have always purchased whirlpool but this it. Previous washer lasted 6 years but had to replace and then new dryer to match. Cheap.. cheap… cheap…. Painted drum. Previous stainless. No light this time. It either takes 2 hours to dry or keeps shutting off every 10 minutes. Have to open door and shut again to activate panel. Steam cycle makes dry clothes really wet and then have to dry for longer. Not to mention the countdown to on is annoying. Better go back to the drawing board whirlpool. This belongs in the local junk yard.

Does not have an interior light, despite what Best Buy specs list. Otherwise, the unit works great. The documentation lacks a full description of the cycle guide. Overall easy to figure out and the steam function is lovely for getting wrinkles out of items that sat too long.

live it quick drying and quiet. I had a LG and Samsung before and was very unhappy. The whirlpool is my favorite. I do a ton on laundry and tuis has been a lifesaver.

Works amazing and is the quietest thing. Would recommend this machine as we’ve only had this a few months but no issues yet we purchased the set.

A really awesome machine! Easy to use, heavy duty and gets the clothes really dry. Replaced a Samsung and this one is much better. Pleased!

Completely happy with this dryer. Easy to use basic controls, but can be programed to do a wide variety of things if necessary. Have never had any issue with it. Holds a huge amount of clothing at once and gets everything dry.

Large capacity with perfectly dried clothes in one single cycle. This is really efficient and couldn’t have bought a better dryer.

Love my new dryer. Huge and very efficient. I can wash and dry an 8 x 10 rug no problem. My last dryer lasted me 14 years, so getting another whirlpool dryer was a no brainer.

We gifted the Whirlpool 7.4Cu. Ft. dryer and matching washer to my Mom for Christmas. She LOVES them both. She is so impressed with how quickly and quietly it dries the clothes. Both she and my younger brother are disabled. Because this set is ADA compliant, it is helping them live independently. That's a priceless gift!

Althought this is a residential washer I bought it for our business. It hasent been long but so far so good. I also bought the dryer and the reason i selected this particular set is, i was looking for a large stackable cubic feet washer and dryer. And Best Buy did not disappoint.

Bought this through the website and had BestBuy install. They were quick and hauled old dryer away. This thing is quiet and dries awesome. Lots of additional settings but I normally use regular dry or the wrinkle release. Good price and product delivers.

No interior light. Very noisy. Seems to wash good. Not quite what I expected.
