Great product. I like how quiet it is. I grew up in a household that have always used Whirlpool appliances.

It's a little annoying how you have to hold the start button for 3 seconds before it will start. Also, the default setting is a Eco boost setting which takes 1:27 minutes and clothes are still a little damp. I'm sure there is a way to change the default setting, but there is a lot of monkeying around that needs to go on to get the dryer started and to a setting that will actually dry our clothes when I'm used to just throwing clothes in and pressing start. Otherwise, it's a dryer. I like the steam function because we have a tendency to forget about our clothes in the dryer, so I wanted a freshen up option.

Looking to replace dying machine. I didn’t want an expensive machine and this meets my needs.

This washing machine is very good. I'm glad i bought this product. I'm satisfied with this. it is easy to use. I very much recommend this.

After 22 years our dryer went kaput! We decided to try to purchase a product that was made mostly in America. So far this machine has worked well. It does not have ALL the bells and whistles (more things to break) but what is incorporated in the machine is very functional. Good purchase

So far, so good. Have only had it for a month. Seems to work just as good as my last Whirlpool.

We love, love, love the washer. However, the dryer runs very loud and for some reason the door opens opposite than the washer.

Whirlpool appliances are reliable, long lasting. We’ve owned whirlpool products for 15 years and have never had any issues.

From the very first use this motherboard was shutting down the machine with error codes. Was so hot I literally thought it might catch fire. After several days of playing around with it, I sent it back. NOT going to play around with that for years. Best Buy was wonderful about picking up the machine and delivering another of my choice.

Great dryer. Love the controls. Great looking. I don’t use the eco feature. All it does is take longer to dry. It might save on gas but runs longer adding to your electric bill and doesn’t seem to dry as well. I would definitely purchase this dryer again.

Bought this as a replacement for our old dryer and we love it!

Dryer worked well for about 1 month. After the first month, the dryer stopped heating. Whirlpool customer care helped me find a repair technician, and a service call was schedule. It took 6 visits, 3 igniters and 1 thermal coupling to fix the heating problem. After the repairs were completed, the dryer had a loud rattling noise. Ok, so be it, I'll ignore it. However, I then noticed that after starting a Timed Dry cycle, that the dryer would add time ON ITS OWN. I would set the timed dry to 30 minutes, walk away, come back in 30 minutes to find that the dryer had modified the time to 2 hours (the maximum) on its own. I tried another cycle, and actually witnessed the time add. At this point the dryer is 2.5 months old, has had multiple problems, but Whirlpool refuses to just exchange it for a non-lemon unit because I did not purchase the "extended warranty" that actually includes replacements. IMO, if your unit is 2 months old and has had multiple problems, you should replace it. My husband and I are on the verge of just throwing the unit out and buying something else because this particular unit is faulty, dangerous, and Whirlpool doesn't seem to care. Proceed with caution. Consider another brand or a the electric version of this unit.

We were in the market, researched what we wanted for a couple of months and Best Buy delivered exactly what we needed.

To date, I still do not have this dryer in my possession. I purchased the dryer that was delivered on 3/17. The dryer did not work, so I refused deliver. I was forced to wait a day, return to the store, stand outside in the cold in line, just to have Best Buy correct their issue. I was told I had to wait a week for a replacement due to other existing deliveries. This was an issue for me because my purchase was made before the other scheduled deliveries, and it should have been a next day priority. The next day I recieved an email for a reschedule in April. Now I'm have an email saying the dryer will not installed and left on my front porch. The most disgusting thing about this whole incident is I have a bill, and you're expecting payment for items I don't have yet. This has been a horrible experience. The customer service has been nonexistent and impersonal. I receive emails when I requested phone calls. At this point, I will never shop at Best Buy again, and I will make sure my friends and family don't either!

We like this dryer in terms of it being quiet and looking good. But what's a dryer supposed to do??? Dry things, right? So far we are having a hard time getting things dry. Everything comes out slightly damp. Even when you adjust the dryness setting to "High". The Smart sensor doesn't seem to be so smart. So you have to add more time by switching to the "Timed Dry" setting to get it truly dry. Hoping there is an adjustment or another setting, but so far, we are frustrated... to say the least.

Pleased customer with tge washer and dryer. I also purchase a range and refrigerator.

It’s amazing dryer, so far had no problems with it.

Overall I like the performance of the dryer. The 1 thing I don’t care for is the EcoBoost mode. It doesn’t dry the clothes well.
