    This machine has really been an awesome gift from my parents for our wedding. That will be such a blessing to remind us of the generosity when we first started our life

    After almost 2 months still the BestBuy Team hasn't completely installed my washer and dryer. they have cancelled over 6 times the appointment without any reason. Once they came to my door and said because the washer dryer is going to be installed in 4th floor. we really don't want to it, regardless of installation was part of purchase.

    They have brought out two at this point. Both of them leak during the steam cycle.

    W/D set was damaged during delivery. In addition dryer not installed properly or defective. Water leaking from dryer door and standing in bottom of dryer. Exchange scheduled but not compensated for any inconvenience during remodel.

    The machine is good the installation was not good. It needed to be taken away and a new one needed to be installed because the installers messed up the machine.

  • Whirlpool great Bestbuy Warranty Sucks

    I bought Whirlpool electric with no issues and towards the end of my warranty I called the Geek Squad to check my washer and dryer. The techinican came out and looked at the dryer and the washer. There was no issues with the items. He said the common thing that goes out is the rolling wheels. He replaced the washer wheels first and after leaving left the hose out and it flooded my laundry room. Then while working on the dryer he replaced the wheels and then within 2-3 days the wheels squeaked. He cames out again and the replaced the melted wheel I shoukd have took pictures of it.. Then he came out and replaced the wheels and the spindle shaft. Now my dryer does not work and I had to purchase a new one thanks to Bestbuy. I would not buy any appliance from Bestbuy.
