I bought this new one and the first thing was it did not come with a power cord . How do you spend $900 on a dryer and it doesnt come with a power cord . The timed dry doesnt give you the option to use heat to dry only air dry , that’s ridiculous. The sense dry stops the drying when it “feels its dry” and sometimes the clothes is still a little damp .

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I feel very dissatisfied since I asked for a return of a 240v Samsung because my apartment cannot use 240v only 120v and it turned out that this one was 120v and when I received it it was 240v the same as the previous one. I recommend that you go to the store or make sure before buying it. I feel very dissatisfied since I had been waiting for the product for a day and it turns out that they made a mistake and they sent me the same one since I could have gone somewhere else or not been left waiting wasting my time. Thank you.
