Exactly what I wanted, inexpensive but does what it says! High capacity which is a must for a big family. Not a lot of frills, but less to break or go wrong. Some have said the machine is loud, but I certainly have not noticed excessive running noise. Seems to dry heavier linens quickly too. Certainly no complaints here!

I really like the Whirlpool brand, and I really like this dryer. This replacement of my old Whirlpool drier is an upgrade. The one I had before was very good and lasted for about 20 years. I have had the new one for over a week, and it dries my clothes well, it is simple to use, and it has a great capacity (the one I need for my family).

I purchased this dryer and it was delivered yesterday. There were no issues with the delivery and the dryer appears to be working fine. However, I open my email to see a message from "Best Buy" telling me that I've been charged 299.00 for autorenewal of my Geek Squad Protection. I called the number to complain and during the call things didn't feel right, so I looked closer at the email and saw it came from a @notification.intuit.com address. I closed the call. It seems odd that I get this spam right after purchasing a product from Best Buy.

I run a dog care business out of my house and I bought this dryer hoping it would be easy to operate, clean, and fix. Don't need a lot of bells and whistles, just need it to have a decent capacity and keep working because we're always doing laundry.

Bought about a month ago and is in good working order. Dryer arrived without leveling legs and a manual. Best buy sent legs out and offered for a technition to come and install. They also sent me a 30 dollar gift gard for the mistake. Legs showed up a week later with the gift card. Thank you best buy for making it right.

good dryer decent drying time, no unnecessary frills

The dryer is quiet, and the clothes are basically wrinkle free and settings work well.

My old dryer was 25 years old. This was a fantastic upgrade, it is very quiet and easy to use. The inside is quite huge as well.

I had originally bought another dryer and I was not happy with it. I exchanged it for this one. Lucky me. I love the large capacity. Also, the white interior makes it easier to see if anything is left behind. The pull down door is much preferred by me. Most dryers I’ve seen have the side opening door. Your laundry day will be a good one with dryer.

I purchased for my dad 10 years ago. Still working great. I then purchased for my own home, the upgrades on this model are great. The pull down dryer door makes loading and and unloading easier. Also, the water level options save water and I can wash smaller loads. The lock feature during spin is great safety item, I don't need it though. As with my first set, the price was reasonable compared to other brands that offered superficial features i.e color, display lights. Still learning.

Very nice dryer for the price. Very quiet while running. Only downside is that the levelling feet are plastic and the holes for them(in my case) were bent enough it caused one let to go crooked and damage the legs. Whirlpool should consider a different material for the feet.

Really like this dryer. Very large capacity and really gets the clothes dry. Only complaint is door has no tension to close easily - it slams. I think Whirlpool needs to improve the hoods and doors on their washers and dryers so they are safer.

Perfect dries my clothes 10 times faster than my old Maytag. It also has plenty of room to fit a lot of clothes at once. Would definitely recommend this dryer.
