I brought my sister and brother-in-law a washer and dryer for Christmas and they were shocked when it arrived. It works great, no issues.

This top loader washer has a nice large load capacity for its price point and has nice higher end finishes you would normally only find on higher end more expensive units. I especially love the time delay option, which is great for putting in a load before going to work and having the load finish up and be freshly washed ready for the dryer when you get home.

Saving on water usage and electricity. Great machine, very quiet

Much different than my old washer. No agitator. Uses HD detergent and low water. Makes funny noises. But, the clothes were very clean.

It powers off after the load so you have to turn it on again. Nice machine though

This machine is great. Washes with minimal water. Wouldn't recommend if you like to use detergent pods, leave soap residue in your clothes. Also if washing a lot of items use the deep water feature to ensure everything gets washed properly.

Good wash. Cycle runs for about an hour. Relatively quiet operation.

Got this to replace a Samsung washer that let me down after only a couple of years. So far so good!

Clothes come out clean, fresh and the capacity is large

We have used the washer for a month. We wanted a washer without any frills. This dose what we wanted. An every day washer for a great price.

This washer has plenty of features and cycles for typical family use. It's well build and does the job. The tub is plenty large and not too deep, so you can reach clothes at the bottom; the tub on our last washer was so deep that we needed a "grabber" to reach clothes on the bottom. Like any washer that doesn't have an agitator, it tends to "tangle" some loads, usually thin fabrics, which just means that you need to untangle them when you take them out of the washer. The only slight downside for this machine is that it's somewhat noisy because it's not insulated, but we knew that when we bought it. Closing the laundry room door fixes that issue.

Its taking some time getting used to this HE dryer. Worth it!!!
