After having a front loader for the last few years, I became so frustrated and tired of having to clean it constantly & our clothes smelling musty. I went in to purchase a top loader. I knew I wanted to go back to a top loader with an agitator -- old school, tried and true. I saw this set and liked the look, but it didn't have an agitator. After visiting with a few of the sales people and reading a few on-line reviews after viewing this set, I did purchase it. I have NOT been sorry. This has been a great washer. Still "he" efficient and does a great job. Plus, I can wash my sheets and they don't get tangled up in the agitator as they did in the "old" days.

Like the large capacity drum! My wife thinks her pants come out very wrinkled, but my no-iron pants seem to be fine.

So far so good, we just replaced an old front loader set and we are loving the fact it is not killing our backs.

Washer does a good job cleaning clothes. Clothes are a little more damp than I was used to,when finished.

I must say I'm not fond of the high efficiency washers. Hard to find one that isn't, though. This washer is fine. No issues. Does what a washer should. Like it much better than the may tag I have at another house. I do find that I use the deep water option almost all the time. I just don't believe the clothes get clean enough being sprinkled! Best Buy had the very best price on this washer! Beat lowes, Home Depot, local dealer. Made me a Best Buy customer!

Very quiet. My only complaint is that it takes a little more time than I'm use to. But the silence is golden!

You have to wash mostly on bulky load and deep water to get clothes completly wet

I purchased this as an open box item. It works great. It is easy to operate and was easy to install.

We had to replace a recalled Samsung washer so we purchased a Whirlpool. It is a great washer and really does the job. It is so much quieter than the old one. We really like it.

It takes some getting used to but once you get the hang of the settings, this washer is amazing!!!

It's ok. Reviews were good so i purchased. If it weren't for the deep water feature which i use on everything i would have sent it back. Not sure how you can end up with such huge dry spots but it does. Also the first one arrived with a big dent in front but it was fairly quiet....the new replacement is noisier - sounds like the tub is not seated properly.

First thing that got my attention is the design. Looks modern and is has modern buttons. It's easy to use and cleans my laundry from a small load to bulky large loads.

My old Cabrio finally went out and we were looking for a replacement. For the price this has been an excellent upgrade. lots of bells and whistles and does a excellent job

Had for a few months. Works great so far with no issues. Much better than a front loader and more affordable. Bought the dryer to go with and have been pleased.

The washer and dryer are everything and more than I expected, I love the steam feature and especially the self cleaning feature on the washer, Would highly recommend.

This washer is amazing. It's huge. I can wash a king sized blanket, a massive amount of towels and so many clothes al at once.

This low water technology is a problem. It doesn’t wash! We switched because our old traditional washer died after years of service. This washer claims to be very efficient and use less energy, but it does that by not washing properly. The water level is so low that it doesn’t remove any stains, not even odors go away in some instances.

This washer took some learning, but boy was it worth it. I have had it a year now & would not trade it. BTW I just bought the dryer to go with it!

Good looking machine, plenty of room very quiet plenty cycles to choose from great machine.

Almost a year later and the washing machine still works great. Definitely worth the money.
