    I purchased the same make and model that I was replacing. The other washer was 10 yrs old & excellent machine. The new machine seems to be built more cheaply....sounds that weren't heard on my original. The way the options are set up don't show as much as old machine. The clear top was much better than the black for checking the load.

    My 17 yr old Whirlpool washer finally gave out. So I got this Whirlpool Cabrio. Wow, things have changed since my other Whirlpool washer was made! It will take some getting used to, these new high efficiency machines. It does seem to work well and the high speed spin really gets the water out so drying time is fast. I like the chimes too.
