    Works wellso far. We only have the machine for 15 days so far. We ran into an unbalanced load. That was the same problem we had with our old machine that was 8 years old. Rearranged the load and worked fine. Will keep an eye out for that again. Going to call Whirlpool and see what they say to help us in the future.

    This machine cleans very well and holds a very large load. However I've determined that the hot and cold water temps are reversed. Clothes washed on the Cold cycle came out hot. Best Buy has not been helpful even though we bought Geek Squad coverage.
