Have only had this washer long enough to put about 30 loads through it. So far, it has been fantastic. The clothes come out great, smell amazing, and are very dry after the wash cycle. Only complain does not involve this unit, but actually the provided tide pods. If you do not put these in first, they will not dissolve completely and will melt to the clothes in the dryer.

Good washer washes the clothes very well. Steam ways feature is very helpful.

Bought this to replace a 20 year old model. I need to learn to use this as it is much different than the old model. So far the only real complaint is that it doesn't seem to remove pet hair as well or I haven't learned the correct settings/cycle yet.

Love this washer although it took a few tries to get used to no agitator. It has a no spin cycle, which I hit accidently and temporary thought the washer had issues. Be sure and lay the clothes all around the outside to leave the sensor exposed and all will go well. Beautiful machine that likes to talk to you via sounds each time you change anything. Very pleased.

I'm sure it does the job well based on the fact that my prior washer was also a whirlpool, however, although I don't need my washer to be a showpiece, this one looked really utilitarian and frankly, sort of cheap. I returned it and bought a Samsung instead.

Not too long ago you could buy a washer for $500 and it would last 10-12 years. These days you spend $1000 and it last 3-7 years. In the new world of desposible everything I've decided to go with lower price. It's been just over a month, so far so good.
