A couple of times the machine has gotten stuck filling with water while draining at the same time. Just reset and it worked fine after that.

The controls light up like the machine is going to take me on a vacation, and it works wonderfully! @ $369.99 (floor model &a sale!) it couldn't be beat! Even sprung for 5yr warranty because of price! Very happy with my purchase!!!!!

Second freezer in 25 years

The price is usually the same in multiple places. BB gives you free delivery so that what sold us on them. The delivery guys are awesome.

However the other cycles which you choose spin the clothes and cycle through waterfall. It does not function like the older washer models that have a center agitator. This washer is very deep which is nice for comforters and bedding.

This worries me that the water level isn't getting high enough. I'm going to pay attention to this and see if it's the case.
