I like the idea of this washer and some of the options, but over and over again clothes are not fully washed when the cycle is done, especially with blankets. I will wash a single blanket and only half of it comes out wet, other sections are as dry as when I put it in. Don't buy if you like to wash your blankets at home, very disappointed in this. Even the deep water setting makes no difference.

Great washer. The only thing I’d say I don’t like is that sometimes my clothes are cleaned all the way. I don’t think it uses enough water. I don’t know how to fix that other than putting in less clothes.

Very clean looking efficient washer however it's a little more difficult to control certain things like we could with our old washer.

washes ok it makes some weird noises don't sound like bad noises just loud when washing like it needs insulation around it or something

I do like this unit, however due to balance issues, it doesn't spin water out if you wash blankets with sheets together- big bummer!

After reviewing several washing machines, we decided to go with the Whirlpool and haven't regretted it. This is a GREAT washing machine and I love the features.

Seems like a simple washing machine. Seems a little cheaper made than my previous Cabrio. Works well but still only a month old.

A decent sized top loader. Has a lot of options but you may choose only few. Fits weel if you have a closet sized laundry room

Washer is quiet, not sure that it uses enough water but everything seems to get clean

In the last couple of months I've had this washer it has been nothing but stellar. It always gets my clothes clean and I've even noticed that some of my old stained clothes have become cleaner and the stains are going away. I recommend that anyone looking for a washer check this unit out. It looks good, is so-so on the noise level, but gets things cleaned very well. IT GETS THE JOB DONE. The touch controls on the top panel of the unit scared me at first, but I soon found out that the controls and buttons on the washer are very responsive and work very well. There have been a few times where turning the unit on and off has created some fuss, but the good absolutely outweighs this slight inconvenience. One other huge benefit to this washer (and dryer# is the fact that it is currently on sale as of this review. The washer #and dryer# normally are priced at $799.99. Currently the unit is priced at $549.99. Now is a great time to buy. I personally bought my unit as an open box and paid even less than the current sale. Open box is always a good thing to look at. Just be aware of what Geek Squad has to offer for protection. Whether it is an open box or brand new, they cover a lot of things the manufacture cannot offer. Not to mention the fact that the warranty provided by the manufacture is only a year #depending on price) while Geek Squad can cover the unit for three years or five. Please note that I also have the matching dryer and highly recommend that as well. Both units have steam, but the steam feature is a lot more useful in the dryer. Love my washer. Some learning curve when coming from a basic washer. But two years later, I’ve had no issues at all. Great wash options. Would Buy it again.

Love how large the tub is! Got rid of front loader for this. I can do more wash in less time. Doesn't get moldy or smelly

Bought this Whirlpool matching pair ; Washer & Dryer. With the Washer; Love the top, with the Digital panel as well as it being a top loading machine. Both machines really compliment each other as well.

This dryer does Ok. For drying but the steam feature doesn't get the clothes wrinkle free. I still have to iron the clothes.

Hated Samsung machine that I had previously. Had constant problemstate and will never buy their appliances again. Always had Whirlpool and never needed repairs with 2 other washers in 38 years.

This product went back to the store 2 days later. Top of clothes didn't even get wet. Stuff that I had spot treated still had soap still on it when they came out of wash. May be good for a family with one clean child but for a family of active children and lots of outside playing it will NOT get the job done.

Was looking for a front loader but they were on back order. Talk to the sales guy and he led to this one. Meets all my needs

Love my new clothes washer. My second whirlpool wash product. The other one lasted 10 yrs and started breaking down which is expected. No problems so far with the replacement. High Tech. Love it.

Great options for wash cycles. Longer time than previous front loader but I like the size of the washer drum.
