We have been very happy with our washer. Holds so much with many options which covers all types of washing. Has cut my washing down during the week.

New technology takes a little getting used to: Washing with such little water . Wish it had clear lid instead of black so could see inside better while it is washing; but black lid is pretty.

We looked at a lot of different washing machines but went back with a Whirlpool. The last one was twenty years old, now my grandson has a good washing machine for his new apartment

Only problem is when you use the powder used too much there's some left after each wash other than that great washer

The washer was competitively priced. It provides all the washing cycles we need. I would recommend this product.

This machine is very neat looking and does a wonderful job with cleaning. I really like the extra space, since it doesn't have an agitator and you can see what's happening through the clear lid.

I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer set and a week later this set was on sale and only cost $60.00 more for this set. So I changed my order and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I would even find dry clothes after the rinse cycle. I send it back. Why would you want a washer if is not to clean your clothes. The spinning cycle is so long that messed some of my preferred pieces.

This washer not only performs great, it helps the environment by saving water and by being energy efficient.

This is an incredible unit if you are trying to get an upgraded washer on a budget! Loads of perks especially steam modes that will not break the bank and has a small footprint.

My old Whirlpool Cabrio had to stay with the house when we sold it. It was still going strong and we never had any problems with it. I love the new features of the updated model.

Really like this washer. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have the noise reduction feature.

I am not happy that the washer does not fill water very high at all. I have had to massage the cycle by opening the locked lid to make sure the clothing at least gets covered in some water. Washed a blanket and dog hair collected on the top of the blanket which was not underwater.

Owned several front loaders, never again will be buy anything but a traditional top loader. No smells, and fits a lot more clothes since it does not have an agitator.

Machine performs well, but noise level (and some of the sounds it makes) prevent my giving it a 5th star.

Haven’t had any problems with it and it has been working like a champ. The push buttons are nice.

I'm not much for writing reviews but after reading so many positives about this machine I feel compelled to share my experience. This was the second set that I had delivered after the first set was too large for my laundry room and I couldn't shut the doors. It actually took another two visits from the delivery/install people to successfully install this set, which was an entirely different dilemma. The short of that situation is that I have never experienced such poor service and I will never use Best Buy delivery again. But this is about the machine.... This machine does not wash clothes in the traditional way. Actually I can't see any difference in just wetting down a garmet and then drying it. Socks/underwear do not come clean. My 15 year old maytag that I got rid of to "upgrade" did a better job at cleaning than this model does. I have followed all instructions as far as loading and choosing the appropriate wash cycles. In the one month that I have had it I have yet for it to remove even one pretreated stain. If it's not washing what's visible, how can it be cleaning what you can't see? The only plus to this machine is that it is large enough to accommodate a king size light comforter. Although I have to question how clean it actually is. Maybe I'm too old school and appreciated clean clothes over buying new ones after spilling something on them. If the whole delivery chaos hadn't have took 3 weeks to complete I would have sent the machine back within the 14 day window allowed. Now I'm stuck with it. Smh. Overall disappointed.

Washer sometimes doesnt clean on first wash. I think it's because of the agitation.

I like the washer but I find the controls are difficult to figure out what settings are needed.

This washing machine has delivered, met expectations set by all the best reviews from our research prior to purchase. Terrific job on every setting, from delicates to rugs.
