It uses very little water even when I select “deep water”, detergent residue left on cloth. It doesn’t clean well. I haven’t changed my detergent, worked perfectly fine in old machine. My whites aren’t as white anymore. The laundry softener often drops out of its dispenser as soon as I close it. I’m calling for inspection soon.

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is why I always wait before giving reviews on major appliances: this washer has great ratings because 95% of the people leaving right view did it within a week of owning the washer. Of course your washer is going to be amazing during the first few loads, I want to know how it acts after a few months or a couple of years... Unfortunately I had to find that this one doesn't live up to that standard the hard way. Again, great at first, seemed like a perfect buy. After a few weeks we noticed horrible smells coming from the washer after doing loads. We followed instructions and bought expensive cleaners to flush it out. After a week the smells were back and basically continued for 2 years, until the touch panel for the controls went out. Priced out that part alone and it was $400! I paid $550 for the washer. Trash washer. Spent two years smelling bad mildew because this washer doesn't use enough water and doesn't drain out all the water it does use, then then had to throw the entire thing away when the touch panel went out as the cost to repair was 80% of the cost of the washer. Im disappointed, I have a Whirlpool dryer that I got used 10 years ago and it has worked flawlessly, guess they just don't make stuff at the quality they used to.
