The lid has now broken and the washer is throwing errors. I have had this for about 2.5 years. I will need to find out about repair pricing, but this is unreal to see how much of a junk washer it is.

Washer and dryer broke with in 3 days. Serviceman came out and said he needed to order part and would be a week. Returned both washer and dryer within a week after purchased

I bought this machine about one month ago. Today, it broke down for no reason. Water stops filling. This is the first washer in my life that broke down in a month.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Doesn't clean your clothes,,,,actually pair of shorts CAME OUT with SPOTS!!!! Also, in some normal size loads, clothes on the bottom didn't even get wet!!

Machine is in need of repair after three months. Warranty does not cover the damage and I am out of money and need to purchase a washing machine.

Do not buy! stop working right after protection plan with geek squat expired.

Overall this machine is working great, but it has a steep learning curve to not be frustrated. Our clothes were having soap residue on them before we started using a lot less soap. We are talking 2 teaspoons, maybe a tablespoon per load. This is way less then I thought it would use, we also are using less fabric softner. Once we started using less soap, our clothes were still getting clean and smelling fresh, but with the water saving features on this machine it is cutting back the costs everywhere. We know it is using a lot less water, and our water bill reflects that. Overall very happy with the machine, just took a little bit to learn it.

Washer started leaking water underneath after 4 washes. Had to replace with another LG washer.

Just delivered. Gives a Nice Clean fragrant wash, a little noisy, but manual states expect adjustments at first. Like all the cycles and options offered. Have done 2 loads so far and I am very pleased. Read manual to load laundry and operate. Spacious wash tub and low enough for me to reach laundry on the bottom. I could not on a deluxe Samsung that only lasted 3 years. Love the large center clock for time remaining in the cycle. Melodic alerts and prompts, like the custom cell phone features. Elegant design in black and white. Warehouse had problems and the contracted delivery truck made 3 trips. Warehouse loads the trucks not the drivers. First washer was wrong model and badly dented, scratched and damaged, Second was missing. Today we finally received the correct purchase. The delivery men were very professional and painstaking using body braces to walk up front stairs and place the washer in the laundry room. I am receiving some compensation for the complete inconvenience of the 2 failed deliveries since last week.

the clothes come out with staines after a 65 minute wash. I dont think this is a good washer I will be returning it soon.

Faulty balance control! Had it for over two years and it stinks!

The worst whirlpool washer machine I’ve ever purchased.

Very spacey, never have a problem getting a lot of clothes in it. Always cleans thoroughly, and is surprisingly quiet when running. This is an excellent washer with high capacity and quiet.

I was looking for a smaller washer to fit the space in my utility room. This washer was perfect. Although the outside is smaller the inside tube is perfect. It still holds all the clothes I need and it works well. One of the things someone may be interested in is the noise level. This washer is a little noisy but I have gotten use to it. Also, the controls take a little time to learn but after you know what you're doing they are great. They remember the setting you used in the last wash so there is no need to go through all the settings again. I have not used the Steam Cleaning or Deep Cleaning setting as the clothes I wash are not that soiled. I really like this washer.

You can wash so much at once without compromising the cleanliness of the clothes !

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with this washer. For the price, it does a good job. My only complaint could be that every once in a while some of my clothes haven't rinsed evenly and there may be softer spots left on them. BUT..... I think that can be with just about any washer.

Great washing machine no real complaints, but I've had it for a few years now. I didn't write a review when I first purchased it cause I hadn't used it but it's a great washing machine but it is electronic and I just ran into a error code so please get an extended warranty on yours. Now I have to see if I can get it fixed with the warranty that's on it, cause it's not spinning, which is causing different malfunctions.

This is the worst washer I have ever used in my life. It's large but cannot handle washing large loads. My comforter fits but it couldn't really wash it. I use very little detergent and my clothes comes out with residue or partly dry so I have to add about two rinse cycles to get it out. Sometimes after doing the rinse cycle, it doesn't spin enough so the clothes comes out completely soaked, so I have to do a third rinse and spin cycle to get the water out because it's way too wet to stick it in the dryer like that. I washed my baby's clothes and I chose the mixed cycle and put it as very soiled, and some of his clothes came out just as dirty as when I put it in. I don't understand how it literally did not get washed. I know this is a review for the washer but I bought the dryer that is the pair, and that sucks too. It says it has a moisture sensor but sometimes the clothes is still wet and I have to put it for longer. I used the washer and dryer for about 10 days and decided to return them. I never return anything but these so terrible that I didn't want to get stuck with them. Do not buy this!!! I exchanged them for samsungs and I'm excited for them to arrive. Not even worried because nothing can be worse than this cabrio.

I have for so long dealt with a front loader with Mold issues and door lock issues and got so tired of beating the dang thing up to get it to lock that I threw in the towel and bought this wonderful washer. It is so wonderful to finally have fresh smelling clothes that continue to smell fresh all day long. Now if only they sold leg extensions for short Mom's so they can reach the bottom of the machine. If you are short you might need to order a PIKSTIK in order to reach the bottom of the interior. My mom is 4'9". I hope that is helpful information for any of the little people out there and/or those who are disabled and might have trouble.
