More specifically, I am the only person that uses this applicance, so compared to a family of three to four, it has received very little usage over these 33 months. Even more so, during the same month that the washer started leaking, the Cabrio dryer's sensor went out, forcing me to only be able to use the manual drying option. As a result, the Cabrio model is a terrible choice for both the washer and the dryer. Lastly, when I contacted Whirlpool about my problems with both appliances, they would not take responsibility for their product. I will never buy a Whirlpool product again. Don't buy Whirlpool. JT

Worst Ever

I had the Geek Squad to come out to check it out and of course, the computer board has to be ordered!!!! The ONLY good thing about this machine is the delay start. BIG DEAL!!! It takes over an hour to run a normal load, and because of the water level sensor it virtually uses NO WATER!! I really don't feel that my clothes get clean enough. I would NEVER recommend this machine, EVER!!! I have owned Whirlpool machines for over 40 years and this one is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My washer broke and so I was going to buy this washer, a friend offered for me to use theirs until I got mine and it was terrible. They complained about it saying it didn't wash well, I used it and saw what they meant. Even with the highest extra rise and deep wash my HE soap didn't wash off. The clothes came out still soapy and dirty. I bought an LG instead and am happy I did.

Worst washing machine
