The dryer works really well compared to my old one. The steam feature is ok, but not the same as the high end models. Higher models have a steam rack you can use to put closes on. This one just adds steam to the spin cycle. Though the product is good I would not advise buying unless you know how to install yourself if you live in Arizona. The third party Best Buy uses in AZ is HORRIBLE. I had the product delivered and the guy said he didn't know how to do a door swing change and he was missing a part to hook up the dryer. I had to schedule 4 different times before someone came to finish the Job over a week later.

I love this dryer. It dries fast and fits large loads. I have not used the steam feature yet but can not wait to try it.

While it has a modern looking style the dials areeasy to use it holds good amount of clothes

I purchased this with the coordinating washer and have to say for a basic set they both have some nice higher end features. I appreciate the steam feature and use it often to freshen up light loads that sat longer than they should have. It also does a great job of sending when clothes are dry and shutting off early saving energy.

I did not want to spend a fortune replacing my old dryer. My old dryer was also a Whirlpool dryer which lasted almost 30 years. The dryer was still working but we kept having problems with the door so I decided it was time to replace it. So I replaced it with another Whirlpool - and I am very glad I did that. This is a solid dryer. It performs well, dries efficiently and is reasonably quiet. It was a variety of settings giving me a lot more control on how I dry my clothes and household items. I like the control panel and find it pretty easy to use. The dryer easily handles a full load from my HE washer. I haven't used the Steam setting much yet - but I am looking forward to taking advantage of that feature.

Really like this dryer. I have solar so it made sense to buy electric. It is quiet and has lots of features. Now I can selected steam refresh and the clothes tumble with a little heat and steam to remove all wrinkles. This is the best dryer I have ever owned.

After much research, I chose this dryer and am absolutely in love! I didn't want something "too fancy" that I would never use all the functions on. I was a little hesitant about the control panel at the top. It is all touch screen and I was worried about it having to be replaced overtime. I purchased the warranty which the control panel is covered under! So no more worrying there. So far, the touch screen has held up well. I love the end beep the dryer makes and how many clothes fits in one load. The only downside to the dryer is the door is hard to close and has to be slammed at time. Other than that, I am very pleased with my purchase after only two months.

This dryer has dried our items, even bulky ones, quite well. It is reasonably quiet and easy to operate. Our old dryer was 20+ years old, so the technology was new to us but user friendly.

We have used the dryer for a month now. There have been no issues. We have not connected the water to the dryer yet so I can't address how the steam option works.

Dries quite well and does large loads. The door is a little sticky about locking, you sort of have to pull it up and then push it in.

Love my washer! It's big and easy to use. I love the cycle choices being specific as to what I am washing. Takes very little time to dry because it spins so throughly

Thusfar all of our Whirlpool washer/dryer purchases have held up well. One out of 10 so far have had a problem over the past 3 years. This is one of the higher end units we put into one of our rentals, BB installers were great with setting up the steam hookups. So far so good.

Initial dryer delivered did not work. Installers left with that dryer. Took a lot of calls to get the replacement scheduled, but once we spoke with the right person, the delivery was scheduled and completed on time. Dryer does a good job and we are pleased with the purchase.

Very efficient drying,with selections available can't hardly "not" correctly dry clothes. The steam-refresh setting is another efficient time saver, avoids ironing.The entire process from selection to delivery was great. During selection we asked for an awful lot of comparison information, was offered up with a smile. Actual purchase and delivery scheduling was quick and pain free. The fellows who delivered were professional and very knowledgeable of the Whirlpool drier and washer. We purchased a Whirpool washer to pair with drier and are very pleased with both!
