Posted .Hi Adrian, please make sure when you install the water filter to flush the system by dispensing a gallon of water. This should make the taste better. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!

Was expecting better results form an original brand filter.

I can have it delivered. I usually just go pick it up. Very good product. Very easy to insert.
