    Only worked for a week. Had to exchange and replacement did the same. Every filter I purchased from Best Buy had this problem - purchased from a different store and have not had problem. I think Best Buy got a bad shipment.

    the filter works just fine but after getting rid of that particular refrigerator I seem to be unable to cancel my recurring order for the filter through the membership tab on the website - I was able to cancel the individual order but the recurring order never shows up so I can cancel that as well.

    The previous filter did not last 6 months as advertised. The replacement is the same brand. The only way to get a discount ts to to sign a contract that when this filter wears out I have to get a replacement from Best Buy.

    Subscription service is screwed up. I signed up for subscription service two years ago. Reached out to customer service and no one can seem to cancel. You keep charging my card and making me spend unnecessary time getting it cancelled after the fact.
