    I cancelled the water filter order several times. I printed my cancel emails. I sold my home and moved out of the state. Apparently you sent the filter anyway, as a former neighbor found it and told me they marked it "return to sender and not at this address." And my credit card was billed in spite of the above. So, I am not happy.
