    The tech support was excellent. He looked up the make and model of my refrigerator which I purchased from Best Buy and then looked uo the water filter needed. He then took me over to where the water filters were displayed and gave me the correct model for my refrigerator. You can't beat that attention to service!

    Fits Amana side by side. Good replacement for Maytag filter . Water has god taste, and filter removes cysts along with minerals.

    The cartridge was easy to install but the door chamber for the cartridge kept popping open for some reason. Finally managed to keep it closed. It's about $9.00 a month which is kind of expensive. It would be great if there was a way to recycle this product.

    Easy to replace, works as it's supposed to ... no leaks. Can get better deals online but this is just fine. Would recommend to a friend they look for online deals that are much cheaper and do the same job.

    Performs as expected. This is a commodity item and though I was disappointed that there was not a house brand available as a replacement this brand works however it is far more expensive than it should be.

    Have bought several over the years, replacing them about every 6 months. I drink a lot more water now vs. other stuff because the water tastes better than tap water. These are not cheap, but, by comparison, 6 months of bottled water or other caloric stuff would make it, at least, a “wash” cost-wise.
