    The number system this EveryDrop uses makes it easy to find the proper filter. The price was a little high. $50 for a filter that won't last long in my household is steep (why it's 4 stars), but I had no choice at the time to find a filter for my Whirlpool. Other than that it was easy to install and works great.

    Supwr wasy to install and really does a great job in purifying our water from the refridgerator. As soon as you replace the old one, and take a sip from the water (after running it for the recommended 2 minutes to flush out the system) you can immediately tell that it makes a huge difference.

    Since the refrigerator we have has a filtration system in it that requires this particular Pure #4 carbon filter-we now purchase this filter from Best Buy as we are able to get points and apply them to the purchase price and get a discount. At one time approximately 3 years ago this filter came with instructions saying it could filter up to 750 gallons of water. Now it clearly states 200 gallons capacity; so we change this filter every six months like it recommends on the container's label.
