OMGosh!!! Love this dishwasher. I was debating on whether to spend the extra money on one with lower sound rating but went with this one based on others review. It is incredibly quiet for a dishwasher when running. Loudest it gets is when filling up with water and not sure if even call it loud. I’m super happy. If you’re on the fence, go for it. Will not disappoint.

Install was easy and I did it myself. It is very quiet and works like a dishwasher should! I have no idea where they came up with the 50dba rating, because it seems much quieter than that! We did have to buy a $3.99 adapter for the water inlet. I do like that the front is magnetic enough to use a "clean/dirty" magnet for easy identification for the whole family. It has 3 shelves/drawers/trays that pull out, and make it very easy to fit almost anything in it. The middle tray only adjusts all the way up or all the way down, no "in-between" So that seems like they left out something that most other comparable models have. Huge upgrade from our 2yr old samsung one of the same price range!

This dishwasher is so quiet that the first time we used it we thought it was broken. Lol. Cleans great!

We've been happy with this dishwasher so far (3 weeks since install). It is quiet and cleans really well- even with crusted on food left on dishes. Really like the top 3rd rack for long flat utensils and kitchen tools. The full run cycle is a bit longer than I was used to at +3 hrs including extra dry time, but there are shorter cycle time options as well. I opted to have it installed by Best Buy and that process went really well. I'm only a few weeks in but so far so good.

This is for my Whirlpool WDF590SAJM dishwasher. It’s a very good dishwasher. I have a Whirlpool WDT730PAHZ in my mother’s house. That one does a good job and seems quieter, but it’s under a granite counter. This one is quiet too. The third rack is shallow. It’s fine for large knives, spoons, spatulas, kitchen scissors, etc. It won’t fit anything higher than about two inches though. No bowls or anything deep. It is handy for odd shaped items that aren’t too thick. The second rack adjusts up and down easily. The racks are easy to load and leave enough space between dishes to get things clean. We had a Samsung that fit a ton of dishes, but they were so close together nothing got clean. Even spacing things out, the Samsung was terrible. This one does show fingerprints, but it’s not a big problem wiping them off. The controls are easy to use and the cycles and options are fine. The one hour cycle works well. The other cycles take two hours or more but all the dishwashers are like that now. We mostly use the sensor cycle. I don’t rinse things before loading the machine. Everything comes out clean. Very thick burned on stuff might not all come off, but no dishwasher will do that. The light dry option leaves a little water here and there. Regular dry gets things dry. Overall I’m very happy with this dishwasher. Apart from not having a third rack, the WDT730PAHZ is just as good. In hindsight, the third rack is handy sometimes, but I wouldn’t pay a lot more for it.

Had the order dropped, and off and decided to install myself (I'm no plumber or handyman), due to Covid quarantine. Very easy to install, and very runs very quietly. Plenty, of space, and top shelf is very convenient. So far, so good!

This dishwasher runs fairly quite, it is mostly stainless steel inside, which is nice. It does a good job of cleaning dishes, no complaints, though I am not one to put dishes in the dishwasher without rinsing off any heavy debris. The fit was just fine as it was the same dimensions as the one it replaced. I did like the front panel controls option as the top control type dishwashers are not that easy to see in my installation, and Whirlpool made the control settings and cycle lights look nice and simple. The top 3rd rack, (actually a small pull out drawer type rack) I didn't think was going to be useful actually comes in handy. Overall a pretty good dishwasher at a somewhat reasonable price. I thought the price was a little high but after researching I guess it was kind of inline with other retail stores and brands.Not a great price but not ridiculously expensive either.

Thus far I'm very happy with this dishwasher. It's had no problem getting anything clean and runs very quiet. I didn't know if I'd like the third rack, but it's been great for spatula's and other items too big to fit in with the silverware.

We’ve had our dishwasher for 2 years now without incident! It’s quiet, easy to use and gets our dishes clean. We love the stainless steel interior and it’s so spacious.

You can't really go wrong with Whirlpool-they've been around forever so they have basically cornered the market on kitchen appliances. This one is really user friendly super quiet and looks great. This thing is amazing! it holds so many dishes and even has a third rack for those big things like tongs or measuring spoons/cups. The Geek squad did a great job from start to finish on the install and went through the basics on operation. Very pleased with best buy so far.

We are still getting used to the different controls and the layout of the dish racks but love the 3rd rack for large or odd-shaped items. The d/w seems to be reasonably quiet. The only real (minor) complaint is with the control panel. While I appreciate the time to completion feature, the "clean" indicator is very faint and difficult to read. I would have preferred a larger, brighter dot to the current tiny lettering.

We purchased this dish washer online after going into the store to look at all the different brands. Currently we are enjoying our new dishwasher. The only downside is it’s not finger print proof but I have a product that will help that. Other than that it works amazing. Does exactly what it should. My dishes are clean and shiny again. Delivery went smooth. Great little dishwasher. Great price.

Great dishwasher that’s pretty quiet & cleans the dishes really well. We need to upgrade out dishwasher after the other stopped working after 17 years or so. We love the extra tray at the top for utensils & the silverware tray is great & removable. The dishwasher is quiet & we mainly use the normal cycle which takes about 2:37 hours to clean & dry the dishes. We love the look being all black on the inside & stainless on the inside. Seems like this one will last a long time as well. I was able to install this myself & if I can do it, you can too. Thanks to Best Buy for the great deal on this awesome dishwasher.

A friend of mine got this dishwasher about 3 months before me and could not stop talking about how amazing it was. I thought maybe she'd lost her mind because I've never heard someone so excited about a dishwasher. Then, my old dishwasher broke, so I took my friend's recommendation and got this Whirlpool dishwasher. I also read reviews across multiple websites (just in case my friend had lost her mind) and it received high-rated reviews everywhere. Now, I'm "that friend"! I love my dishwasher: 1. The racks are perfect, with dividers that truly keep glasses, mugs and dishes from clanking against each other. The top rack can be raised or lowered if needed. There's a smaller top rack for cooking utensils or other items that may not otherwise have a place. The main utensil holders have separators that help keep space between the items so they get washed thoroughly. You can also use it without the utensil separator 2. The dishwasher is QUIET. After the Geek Squad installed it, they ran a test cycle and I didn't hear it (I was sitting in the adjacent dining room). 3. It does a terrific job -- dishes are spotless, and no streaks 4. Several cycle modes, including Sani-Wash, quick mode, and sensor mode

Lots of interior space! I haven't been able to completely fill it up yet! The third rack is so convenient. It's the quietest dishwasher I've ever used. Amazing machine.

Bought this as a replacement for another 14 year old whirlpool. This unit is just as quiet, cleans really well, has an intelligent digital display, easy to use controls, and a third upper tray that is great for large flat items like kitchen knives, plastic container lids, etc.

This is my first stainless steel tub I’ve owned and it makes all the difference. Plastic glasses come out completely dry now. Love the top tray for utensils. Had it for a month and run it every 2 days. Perfectly clean every time. Nice and quiet also. Only thing I miss is a Rinse button to rinse between washings. (Unless I just don’t realize it’s there.) I would definitely purchase again.

This dishwasher is very nice. Love the front controls and has tons of features - especially for the money. Features that are notable are the 3rd rack , stainless tub, extremely quiet.. etc. Would highly recommend to anyone.
