    20% off subscription feature was inoperative, chatted with agent who instructed to place order, call customer service and they would help. Two hours and many phone calls, disconnects and agents later, I am told that the chat agent issued incorrect information, and the discount can not be applied, nor can the order be cancelled. Best Buy will not stand behind the agent's instruction, nor will they resolve their mistake.
