The 1st I ordered turned out to be a previously returned item and was missing parts and was difficult to return. The 2nd was ordered for me by a BB associate and had a connector that was incompatible with the Whirlpool fridge when I finally received it. I was told it couldn't be returned but was finally able to get store credit for an incorrect item. Will try to order from someone other than BB. This whole thing took almost 2 months and I never got a usable ice maker. Very disappointing!
