Whirlpool dishwasher broken 1 year later

This one lasted just over a year and now is broken, so disappointing. Guessing there is a problem with the water pump. We have a water softener system and have great water, and we always rinse all the food off our dishes, such a bummer the warranty is only good for one year.

I ordered one with buttons on the top of the door - the old one had front mounted buttons that we were constantly rubbing up against while working in the kitchen

I asked and made sure that my new house was serviceable and they could ship my appliances to my new home. They said they could. So I prayed for those services, shipping and installation. They called multiple times between today and 9 months ago affirming the installation date and address saying everything was good. Today they called me, 3 weeks before the insulation date, saying they could not install or ship my appliances to my house because my house is outside of their service zone. I have talked to multiple people today and no one can fix this issue. Needless to say, I'm not happy that I now I have to figure out how to ship and install my own appliances right before I'm going to move. Very dissatisfied with customer service.
