Delivery date was pushed out 3x then when they finally delivered the items, they refused to install. Later, I got an email apologizing but it didn’t help in any way since the items still sits in my garage since I can’t install them myself.

It can’t handle the weight. It makes terrible clicking noises like it’s going to break. For the money we paid. We’re very disappointed.
