Have multiple cats, doing the cat box almost every day while working 12 hour shifts overnights, it became unfair to them not always having a clean box

It was so incredibly expensive and it barely does the job right. It spins but the smell is putrid still! I tried calling and they hung up in me twice. I am incredibly disappointed with this item. It is supposed to help with smells but it doesn’t. I have to change out their bottom drawer at least twice a week. Anytime someone walks into ky apartment they mention the smell.
