The best cat litter box that I have bought in the last 10 years.

Literally love this. We have 3 cats and they love it as well.

Want to be motivated to be less lazy? Buy this hunk of garbage and you'll long for the days of manual scooping! Worked for one rotation and the globe slipped the track and now it just spins in a circle and shoots litter all over the floor! Realigned it per the instructions and still just spins in a continuous circle. Absolute trash product. Stay away from this product.

Don’t buy it a waste of money not connected to internet it used lot of litter giving errors

Unpacking this out of the box I was alarmed at how cheap and flimsy the whole thing looked and felt for how expensive it is. Has not worked correctly even once since it was purchased and routinely gets stuck almost every time a cat uses it. Other people seem to have had good experiences so your mileage could vary.

This item is awful, it doesn’t work properly. Don’t buy it….

I am a Best Buy employee and have been using this Litter Robot for about 3 months. I LOVE this product! It’s a must have for anyone with a cat. Unboxing was easy and product was very simple to set up. I no longer have to scoop daily. I replace the bag once a week and can go about 3 days without intervening with the product i.e., adding litter or checking the drawer. The app is a very nice feature that allows you to track usage and monitor device status. The only thing I will call it is that our cat did not take to it for about a week, so be patient as it may take some time for your cat to adjust to it. He loves it now!!

The best litter box out there. My cats refused to use the refular box unless it was spotless. This caused a lot of damage to my floors. Thr litter robot saved me thousands of dollars in possible damages from cat urine by keeping the litter clean and smelly good. All other auto scoopers broke withim a month or 2 of using them. My first one is 8 years old and still going strong. And i just puchased my second one!

Best money spent. No more scooping. Just collect bag and throw out. Cat went into it immediately upon setup.

Was great when we first purchased it. Around 6 months in, the gremlins started showing up in the form of sensor errors. The tub would constantly go into self-cleaning mode, reach a point where it empties out the poop or pee into the tray, and remain stuck in that position. This happened constantly, regardless of troubleshooting efforts and regular cleaning. Attempting to contact the manufacturer didn't help either. In the end, they ended up sending us a replacement sensor assembly which was a pain in itself to replace due to where it was placed and how hard it is to tear down the litter-robot to reach all of the screws. Even after this, the sensor problems remained. Another issue with this automated litterbox, that rarely gets discussed in reviews, is the need to keep it clean. If you live in an apartment or condo, with no outdoor space, get ready to absolutely hate cleaning this thing. The globe barely fits in the shower, due to its size, and is an absolute nightmare to clean and sanitize. I'd imagine this wouldn't be an issue if you live in a single family home with a yard where you can take it outside to clean. I think that the overall idea of this litterbox is great, but when the rubber meets the road, it's a big swing and a miss.

Best value anyone can purchase. Well worth the money. So easy to use and no mess.
